Returns process for orders from 19.05.2025 onwards

We have simplified our returns process to make your returns even faster and more straightforward in future.

Using our returns portal, you can easily generate your returns label yourself and register your return in just a few steps.


Here's how it works

  1. Open the returns portal.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and your order number.
  3. Then create and download your returns label.
  4. Pack your return safely and attach the returns label clearly to the parcel.
  5. Then hand your parcel in at the designated shipping point.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will inform you by e-mail of the receipt of your return.


Please note: This returns process applies exclusively to orders from 19.05.2025 onwards.


Returns process for orders prior to 19.05.2025

To return items from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, please use the free Pick@Home service. You can choose the pick-up address for your packaged return yourself – for example, your home, another address of your choice or the "milk box". You can register your pick-up request via the pick@home form of Swiss Post.


And here's how it works:

  1. Open the returns form pick@home.
  2. Then enter your order number and click "+ Adopt shipment".
  3. In the next step, enter your pick-up address (private or business), the storage location and a contact person in the input fields.
  4. Finally, specify when your shipment should be picked up.
  5. Please check your entered data once more and confirm the terms and conditions.
  6. You will receive an e-mail from Swiss Post AG in which you must confirm the pick-up. Without confirmation, the order will be deleted. The e-mail from Swiss Post also contains the shipment number. Please keep this e-mail so that in case of queries, you have proof of dispatch and the shipment can be tracked.
  7. Have the parcel ready at the desired location on the scheduled date. The courier will bring the return address label and pick up the parcel.
