Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, SCHIESSER GmbH, Schützenstrasse 18, 78315 Radolfzell, Germany, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can also complete and submit the withdrawal form electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the economical standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case not later than fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal of this contract was received by us.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method as you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

For orders from 19.05.2025 onwards, returns will be processed via the returns portal we provide. You can register your return there and create a return label. Returns are free of charge for you if you use the designated return procedure. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

For orders before 19.05.2025, returns are free of charge for you regardless of the value of the goods, provided you arrange for the return to be collected via Pick@Home. The deadline is met if you have the goods collected before the fourteen-day period expires. Goods capable of being sent by parcel will be returned at our risk. Goods not capable of being sent by parcel will be collected from you.

5. Compensation for Use

You must pay compensation for any deterioration of the goods and for any benefits derived from them if the deterioration is due to handling that goes beyond testing the properties and functionality of the goods.

Testing the properties and functionality means testing and trying out the goods as would be possible and customary in a retail store. You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as if they were your own property and by refraining from anything that would affect their value.

Within the scope of legal provisions and taking into account your legitimate interests, we may pass on your data for creditworthiness, credit and address checks to CRIF Bürgel GmbH, Leopoldstraße 244 in 80807 Munich, Germany in the course of the order process and make enquiries with them. You can find information on data protection from CRIF Bürgel at https://www.crifbuergel.de/de/datenschutz, under "Information according to Art. 14 GDPR of CRIF Bürgel GmbH".

6. Exception

Subject to your returning the goods to us in good condition (clean and undamaged), we accept the return of the goods as a withdrawal, contrary to the statutory provisions.
