Credit card

Pay conveniently by VISA or MasterCard. You will be redirected upon completion of your order to process your credit card payment. You will need your credit card number, the three-digit security code on the back of your card, and the expiry date. Your credit card account will be charged upon dispatch of your order.

Invoice

The invoice for your order will be enclosed with the parcel. Please transfer the amount shown within 14 days to the following account of Schiesser GmbH at:

Please note that when purchasing by invoice, we conduct a credit check with Deltavista GmbH or Creditreform Boniversum GmbH. In the event of a negative credit assessment, we reserve the right to process your order only using the payment methods we propose (e.g. advance payment). We will inform you of this decision without delay. Should you fall into arrears, interest on late payment and additional costs may apply.

Klarna Pay Now

You transfer the purchase amount directly after placing your order via online banking (using PIN and TAN). After completing your payment with Klarna Pay Now, please be sure to wait for the "Thank you" page to appear so that your payment can be processed successfully. Your order will then be processed immediately.

TWINT

Pay conveniently with TWINT. Select TWINT as your payment method during the checkout process and confirm the payment directly in your TWINT app. Once confirmed successfully, your order will be processed immediately.

Shipping and service charge

We dispatch every order as an insured parcel with our logistics partner Post CH.

Shipping to Switzerland is dispatched from Germany. Costs incurred upon import into Switzerland, such as VAT, customs clearance, and duties, are included in our prices. We are temporarily not charging any delivery costs for shipping your chosen items to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

For deliveries to Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Belgium, please visit schiesser.com.

Should you be absent when your parcel is delivered, you will be notified by the parcel service. It is possible that the postal carrier has left your parcel with a neighbour or at a designated drop-off point, or that you may collect it from the indicated post office. You are welcome to check the current status in the shipping confirmation email sent to you, using the tracking number provided therein.
