Your entry as a schoolkid or A-level student

Are you a schoolkid or A-level student and would like to dive into the working world of a successful company in the textiles and retail industry? Then shape your personal future now at the cutting edge of the times in the fields of retail, IT and business administration, or take the opportunity of a school placement to get behind the scenes.

Please note that you should normally apply between August and December of the previous year for an apprenticeship in the following training year. Since our training offer can vary annually, you'll find all current training positions in our "Open positions" category or by clicking the "Apply now!" button

  • Apprenticeship training at SCHIESSER:

    We have always attached great importance to providing excellent training for our talented young professionals.

    During your apprenticeship, you'll work through various specialist departments where you'll be actively involved in current tasks and projects and gain fascinating insights into the world of fashion and retail.

    Extras. Specialist seminars, internal events and several-week international internships are among the extras we offer at our company that specifically support your personal development.

    Training projects. We place great value on independent, responsible action as well as creative and networked thinking. We support this through our in-house training projects. From the outset, you'll share responsibility for these as a team member.

    Social commitment. Apprentices at SCHIESSER have taken on the sponsorship of a young girl through the awamu – Together for Uganda e.V. association. Through this support, our sponsored child Esther can attend school. "The reason for the sponsorship is that we're offered so many special things and extras during our apprenticeship at SCHIESSER and we want to pass some of that on to children who aren't as fortunate as us."   • Would you like to get to know your talents and abilities better and receive support in choosing your career?

    Then we would like to give you the opportunity to take a peek behind the scenes with a school internship for one to two weeks.

    In addition, we support various school initiatives as part of career guidance at secondary and grammar schools (e.g. BORS or BOGY).

  • Would you like to earn some extra pocket money during the school holidays?

    If needed, you have the opportunity to work as a holiday helper with us, for example in the logistics centre or retail. Provided you are at least 18 years old.

    We tailor the individual modules of the programme to your qualifications and the requirements of your planned specialist field.
